Comfortable accommodation, wholesome food and ample recreational facilities make sure that the students have an invigorating life in the campus after class hours. KMCT Institutions encourage and provide all facilities to students to pursue games, sports and cultural activities for their all-round development. Regular participation in intercollegiate events help to hone up their skills.

Comfortable Hostels
Separate hostel facilities are provided to boys and girls within or very near to the campus with necessary infrastructure required for studentship. Students are provided with healthy food from the hostel mess. The hostel is supervised by inmate-wardens. Whenever students have to stay off-campus, transport facilities are arranged for pick-up and drop.

Canteen and Cafeteria
A full fledged canteen catering to the needs of students and staff members is functioning in the campus, serving meals and snacks. Apart from the canteen, a cafeteria and stationary store are also functioning in the campus during daytime for the benefit of the students.

Sports and Games
Students are encouraged to take active participation in sports and games to develop a healthy body with sound mind. Well maintained football, cricket, volleyball and badminton courts are available to the students for this purpose.

Cultural Activities
KMCT believes in the potential development of the students through creativity. Cultural activities are often organised by students. Onam is celebrated with pomp and joy in KMCT in the traditional Kerala style, to receive Mahabali with floral carpets, feast and Kaikottikkali; all managed by the students of first and second batches. Talents in music, dance and other performing arts are also honed by monthly programmes regular participation in inter-collegiate competitions.
