KMCT was established in 1994 by Dr. K. Moidu, a leading medical practitioner and visionary educationist, through the Komath Mehboob Charitable Trust. What began as the National College of Pharmacy has grown into nine professional institutions across Kallanthode and Pooladikunnu in Kozhikode.

Under his leadership, KMCT has expanded into engineering, nursing, pharmacy, architecture, business, polytechnic, teacher education, and teacher training — each approved by the statutory body that regulates its programmes.

KMCT College of Architecture is yet another milestone in KMCT's journey toward growth. Highly competent faculty have reignited students' confidence so their inherent potential can grow beyond imagination. I extend my wishes to the entire KMCT family.
