Tuition, hostel, and other charges are published per institution and academic year. Online payment amounts shown at checkout are always displayed in INR. Government, management, and NRI quotas may have different fee structures.
Published fee PDFs and seat matrices live on each institution's admissions section. Government allotment, management, and NRI quotas may apply depending on the course. Contact admissions for a personalised quote.
Currency
All fees, charges and deposits payable to a KMCT institution are quoted and payable in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). The website does not display or accept any other currency. Where a payer uses an international card, the conversion is done by the card issuer at their rate and any charge for that conversion is borne by the payer.
What a student pays for
KMCT does not sell goods. The amounts collected through this website are fees for education and for related services provided by the institution. The fee heads are:

Where the fee amounts are published
Fee amounts differ by institution, by programme, and by admission category (government allotment, management, NRI, and any other category applicable to the programme). They are fixed by the institution in accordance with the university, the regulatory body and the Fee Regulatory Committee where one applies. The current fee structure for every programme is published on the fee page of the website and is the authoritative statement of what is payable.
Caution deposit
A one-time caution deposit is collected at admission in every institution. It is refundable at the end of the programme, after deduction of any dues.

Instalments
The academic fee is payable in instalments as notified by the institution. The instalment amounts are fixed and are shown to the student on the portal before payment. A student cannot enter a partial or arbitrary amount.
Taxes and charges
No component of the fee charged by a KMCT institution is treated as taxable. Tuition and related fees charged by an educational institution to its students are exempt from GST under Indian law, and no GST is added to any amount collected through this website.
A convenience charge is levied by the bank or payment gateway on each online transaction. This charge is borne by the student and is added to the amount payable. It is shown separately on the payment screen before the payment is confirmed. The convenience charge is retained by the bank and is not income of KMCT.
No hidden charges
The payment screen shows the fee amount and the convenience charge separately, and the total that will be debited. That total is the amount debited. No further amount is added afterwards.
