Refund Policy

KMCT Group of Educational Institutions is committed to fair handling of fee payments. If you have paid educational fees and believe you are eligible for a refund, please review the terms below. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹).
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to mail@kmct.edu.in
- Requests should be made within 15 days of the original payment date unless a longer period is specified in the official fee notification for that academic year
- Refunds are subject to institutional rules, government quota regulations, and bank/payment gateway timelines
Processing
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method where possible. Processing may take 7–21 working days after approval, depending on the payment gateway and bank.
Application fees, processing charges, or amounts already adjusted against confirmed admissions may be non-refundable as per the published fee schedule of the respective institution.
How to request a refund
- Email mail@kmct.edu.in with your name, student/application ID, transaction ID, payment date, and reason
- Attach proof of payment (receipt or bank statement)
- Our accounts team will confirm eligibility and respond in writing
