Mechanical Engineering

The Department was established with a Diploma program me in Mechanical Engineering in 2007. The first batch with an intake of 60 students was passed out in 2010. In 2012, one more batch with an intake of 60 students was approved by AICTE. The Department provides opportunities for students to learn fundamental and advanced technologies with sufficient practical knowledge such that they attain a strong competitive advantage. The department has young & highly motivated faculties with good academic experience. Mechanical Engineering department is well equipped with laboratories like Material testing Lab, Hydraulics Lab, CADD Lab, heat engine Lab etc.,This department provides excellent placement opportunities in organizations like Railways, FACT, ISRO, KSRTC etc VISION To create highly skilled and efficient mechanical professionals with good leadership,humanities and enterpreneurship qualifies for national development.
