Charter and purpose
The University Examination Committee is responsible for ensuring the efficient administration of examinations at the College, strictly adhering to all standards, directives, instructions, and policies set forth by the University. The duties of the Committee encompass: Coordinating with University authorities to guarantee that examinations are conducted in a timely, smooth, and clear manner. Publishing the necessary seating arrangements and the roster for invigilation duties for the exam period. Arranging for answer booklets and accompanying barcodes for use in the examination halls. Managing the printing and distribution of both Hall Tickets (admit cards) and question papers. Maintaining discipline and transparency during the examination process, and overseeing the collection, proper packaging, and dispatch of answer scripts. Managing the maintenance of the stock register for examination materials. Calculating the remuneration owed for the personnel involved in conducting the examinations.
