Responsibilities

Building and maintaining relationships with diverse industries and companies to understand their hiring needs and to invite them to participate in on-campus recruitment events.
Organizing various preparatory training programs, workshops, and mock interviews to effectively ready students for the professional recruitment process.
Organizing campus recruitment drives by hosting visiting companies to conduct interviews with eligible students directly at the college.
Coordinating with invited companies to schedule interviews, offer necessary logistical support, and streamline the entire candidate selection process.
Providing personalized support to students in their job search, which involves offering counselling, constructive feedback, and guidance on effective job search strategies.
Maintaining precise records of the college's placement history and sharing this crucial information with all relevant stakeholders.
