Mandate and scope of work

  1. 1 Building and maintaining relationships with diverse industries and companies to understand their hiring needs and to invite them to participate in on-campus recruitment events.
  2. 2 Organizing various preparatory training programs, workshops, and mock interviews to effectively ready students for the professional recruitment process.
  3. 3 Organizing campus recruitment drives by hosting visiting companies to conduct interviews with eligible students directly at the college.
  4. 4 Coordinating with invited companies to schedule interviews, offer necessary logistical support, and streamline the entire candidate selection process.
  5. 5 Providing personalized support to students in their job search, which involves offering counselling, constructive feedback, and guidance on effective job search strategies.
  6. 6 Maintaining precise records of the college's placement history and sharing this crucial information with all relevant stakeholders.
