Responsibilities

Planning for the enhancement of the Institute's infrastructure, including the modernization of laboratories, boosting Research & Development (R&D) efforts, and improving Institute-Industry Interaction.
Planning and supervising various department-level activities, such as organizing symposiums, Guest Lectures, workshops, and both National and International Conferences.
Monitoring the performance of students in academics, as well as the progress of their training and placement activities.
Planning and overseeing the professional development of the faculty.
