Charter and purpose

The Planning and Monitoring Committee in an engineering college is central to strategic planning, resource allocation, and fostering continuous institutional improvement. Mandate and scope of work

  1. 1 Planning for the enhancement of the Institute's infrastructure, including the modernization of laboratories, boosting Research & Development (R&D) efforts, and improving Institute-Industry Interaction.
  2. 2 Planning and supervising various department-level activities, such as organizing symposiums, Guest Lectures, workshops, and both National and International Conferences.
  3. 3 Monitoring the performance of students in academics, as well as the progress of their training and placement activities.
  4. 4 Planning and overseeing the professional development of the faculty.
